The remote desert location means most workers live in onsite camps for extended periods. NEOM has built modern labor camps with air-conditioned dormitories, gyms, prayer rooms, recreational facilities, and onsite medical clinics. The harsh climate (extreme heat in summer) makes outdoor work challenging but is compensated with heat-protection protocols.
Benefits
Free visa, free recruitment (employer pays all costs including air tickets), free air ticket from home country, free accommodation in modern labor camps with air conditioning, free meals three times a day, free transportation, free medical insurance, free uniforms and safety equipment, paid annual leave, end-of-service benefits, and yearly home leave with paid tickets. NEOM-specific benefits include modern recreational facilities, internet access in camps, and structured wellness programs.
